Strengthening innovation and innovative activities in the education system, establishing an excellent model of teacher experience exchange will not only improve the quality of education, but also increase its economic efficiency. In this regard, the article presents the evaluation of innovations according to certain criteria, management mechanisms that stimulate teachers' motivation to share knowledge, and forms of teacher knowledge exchange.This article analyzes several ways to popularize the experience of teachers based on advanced technologies.
