This article evaluates the antiradical activity of Centaurea salonitana and Centaurea belangeriana plant extracts using the DPPH (DFPG) assay. Results obtained at different concentrations demonstrated that the extract of C. salonitana possesses a higher antiradical potential. The study supports the potential application of these plants as natural antioxidants in pharmaceutical and biological fields
