This article addresses the issues, significance, and relevance of developing human resources in management. It explores the criteria for human resource formation in Uzbekistan and examines the emotional and psychological characteristics of women in management. The training program highlights the impact of communicative and organizational traits on women's activity, as well as trends in the evolution of management styles across different types of managers. The study reveals that women can effectively utilize communication techniques to engage with their teams, participate in inter-organizational relationships, and honor agreements. Additionally, it provides a clear classification of the goals and individual management styles of female managers, along with the degree of mutual development of communicative and organizational skills in their professional activities.
