This article analyzes the legal framework for strengthening the institution of the family in Uzbekistan. It examines the legislative basis for family matters, current development trends, international experience, and the unique aspects of the national mentality. The effectiveness of legal mechanisms aimed at strengthening the family institution is evaluated, and suggestions for improvement are proposed.
