This article discusses legislation related to the protection of women's rights and freedoms, as well as criminal liability for any aggression and violence committed against them, and expresses opinions on adding liability for domestic violence, as mentioned in the Civil Procedure Code. Also, a special place in the commission of such actions is the fact that women are often subjected to violence in the form of harassment. At the end of the article, proposals are presented for making appropriate changes and additions to criminal legislation and administrative legislation.
