This scientific article analyzes the essence of political parties and the multi-party system, their methods of work, and their role in the development of society. One of the key features of democratic principles is the responsibility of parties for studying the problems of the population and solve them at the state level. The article also presents a comparative study of foreign experience and domestic practice, revealing the conceptual aspects of this issue.
