This article analyzes the methods of resolving electoral disputes, in particular, the procedure and timeframes for resolving such cases by administrative courts within the framework of the legislation of Uzbekistan. Two different categories of legal costs, their specifics, and related practical and theoretical problems are discussed, and some solutions are proposed.
