This article examines the procedural features of the consideration of electoral disputes by administrative courts, that is, cases involving disputes about illegal actions or decisions of the election commission, in particular, the subject and procedural terms. Our national legislation, foreign experience, and scientific and theoretical literature are analyzed. As a result, contradictions and gaps in the legislation are identified, and several proposals are made by the author.
