In our country, special attention is paid to the role of the prosecutor's office in ensuring the constitutional rights to labor rights, comprehensive legal protection of the interests of employees and its adaptation to international standards, several targeted measures are being implemented. This article analyzes the organizational and legal framework for the implementation of legal reforms in the field of labor law in Uzbekistan. In Uzbekistan, it is important to improve the role of the prosecutor's office in ensuring the constitutional right of citizens to work, to bring the legislation in line with international standards through inventory. The author puts forward ideas aimed at improving the legislation and practice in this area in Uzbekistan based on statistical data and analysis of the international experience of labor control by the prosecutor in the field of labor. Based on the problems in practice identified by the author as a result of the prosecutor's supervision, the article concludes and makes suggestions.
