This article discusses effective methods for improving speaking skills. It is emphasized that effective speech relies not only on words; nonverbal communication plays an important role. The authors advise paying attention to body language, facial expressions, and gestures during dialogue, establishing eye contact, using appropriate gestures, and maintaining a confident position. It is recommended to practice or record the performance in front of a mirror to assess nonverbal communication. Harmonization of nonverbal signals and words allows you to increase the effectiveness of communication.
