The article is devoted to the study of bilateral pedagogical conflicts: on the one hand, face-to-face conflicts, and on the other, interpersonal and psychological ones. Conflicts between university teachers and students arise for objective and subjective reasons. The article presents the results of specific sociological studies on this topic and proposes measures to solve the problems discussed.
