This article examines the issue of liability of Internet intermediaries in the context of Private International Law. The author analyzes the theoretical foundations and legal frameworks governing this issue in various jurisdictions, including the United States, the European Union, China, Russia, Singapore, and Uzbekistan. The article provides examples from case law, illustrating the complexity and ambiguity of approaches to determining the liability of Internet intermediaries.
