In this article, anti-corruption education and anti-corruption training are considered not only as some of the most effective preventive measures against corruption but also as necessary components in forming public intolerance towards corruption manifestations. The author substantiates the need to specify the term "training" within the framework of the activities of the Virtual Anti-Corruption Academy by dividing it into anti-corruption education and anti-corruption training. The author highlights the importance of monitoring not only the quality of the organization but also the effectiveness of anti-corruption education and anti-corruption training on the Virtual Academy platform.
