In this article, the author reveals the prospects for the development of foreign economic transactions in the digital sphere, particularly the conclusion of such transactions through the use of electronic means of communication and artificial intelligence. The use of blockchain in foreign economic transactions and the definition of smart contracts are considered. The proposal includes adopting the Concept: Model – “Digitalization of Contract Law,” as well as the introduction of online arbitration.
