This article demonstrates that the effectiveness and quality of legal services provided by a lawyer increase depending on the amount of the fee that is paid to him. It is shown that a lawyer's interest in work increases in proportion to the amount he receives for his services. Moreover, the article examines the mechanism of deductions from a lawyer’s salary, confirmed by specific practical indicators.
