The article presents a conceptual analysis of the novel “The Box Man” by the Japanese writer Kobo Abe. The work examines the main images through the prism of satire: Japanese social life, human values, socio-economic changes and the style of the modern world. The novel also explores specific concepts, linking their spiritual ideas to the conceptual realm of the work.
