The article discusses various aspects of the implementation of notarial actions within the framework of inheritance relations. The author notes that these actions are often based on the practice of notary offices. Succession is a special type of social relations associated with the transfer of rights and obligations regarding property from the testator to the heirs. This regulates the transfer of the property of a deceased person to others, being an important economic and social phenomenon. Inheritance issues are among the most controversial in society, and their regulation has been discussed for a long time. The author notes a problem in notarial practice associated with determining the circle of heirs, including the inheritance of the stepfather as the sixth heir by law. There are also pressing problems associated with the transfer of inheritance and the determination of sixth-rank heirs according to the law.
