The integration of digital technologies into the tourism sector is fundamentally reshapingdestination competitiveness worldwide. Multilingual tourism route recommendation web systemscreate new strategic opportunities for meeting the information needs of international travelers andenhancing destination awareness. This article presents the architecture, recommendationalgorithm, and practical implementation results of a web application operating in 15 languages forthe tourism attractions of Bukhara region, Uzbekistan. The system supports Uzbek, Russian,English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, Japanese, Chinese, Arabic, Indonesian, Malay,Singaporean English, and Korean; full right-to-left (RTL) interface support for Arabic isimplemented for the first time in Central Asia. The recommendation algorithm automatically ranksattractions according to the user's language selection, interest category, route duration, andgeographic proximity, generating optimized route sequences through a Nearest Neighbor heuristicapproach. User testing conducted with 180 international tourists produced an average SystemUsability Scale (SUS) score of 81.4, corresponding to an 'excellent' rating. A search of the WIPOPATENTSCOPE international patent database returned zero results, formally confirming thenovelty of the system at the global level and providing the primary evidentiary basis for submissionto the Intellectual Property Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan (IIDA).
