This article presents a comprehensive analysis of the interrelationshipbetween small business entity activities and poverty levels across the districts of Bukhara region.The study employed correlation-regression analysis based on statistical data spanning 2019–2024for 11 districts of the region. The findings reveal that growth in the number of small businessentities, increased employment rates, and rising per capita income exert a statistically significantimpact on the reduction of poverty levels. Furthermore, a comparative assessment of districts wasconducted using regional development coefficients (economic – 7.25, social – 6.45, cultural – 3.57,infrastructure – 6.72, ecological – 6.75). A multifactor econometric model was constructed, theprincipal factors influencing poverty were identified, and forecast values for the period 2025–2030 were developed
