This article is devoted to non-pecuniary damage and the issues of its characteristics, recovery, and compensation. Moral damage is one of the types of damage in civil law and is an important component of tort obligations. The author reveals the important points of compensation for the recovery of moral damages under the legislation of Uzbekistan.
