Annotatsiya

The paper reveals the effectiveness of the process of external management of the system of ensuring the safety of employees in private business entities. The expediency of outsourcing is determined, as well as the ways of its implementation in creating a labor protection management system. The paper also proposes and describes the methodology of outsourcing and the selection of specific, private activities possible for outsourcing. The final stage offers a methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of the outsourcer in terms of quality, timeliness, and volume of services offered.
