The article examines current trends in the development of the labor market of the Republic of Uzbekistan amid structural economic reforms and digital transformation. It analyzes the characteristics of labor supply and demand formation, employment dynamics, the unemployment rate, and the impact of demographic processes on labor market development. Particular attention is paid to youth employment, the informal sector of the economy, labor migration, and the training of qualified personnel. Based on an analysis of statistical data and academic literature, the article proposes directions for improving state employment policy.
