Annotatsiya

This article examines the methodological aspects of accounting for intellectual property products in macroeconomic statistics from the perspective of international organizations' recommendations. The main focus is on systematizing international standards concerning the methodology for recording and reflecting, within the system of macroeconomic indicators, transactions related to the circulation of intellectual property products in the national economy, as well as the key recommendations of international organizations (the United Nations (UN), the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), Eurostat, and others). The article also presents modern methods for valuing intellectual property products based on the results of revisions to key indicators of Uzbekistan's statistics, and develops recommendations for applying advanced foreign experience in accounting for the components of intellectual property products.
