This article examines the aspectual differentiation of verbs in Russian proverbs as a mechanism for cognitive modeling and the representation of axiological dominants. Based on paremiological corpora, it is shown that the imperfective aspect expresses iterativity and processuality, while the perfective aspect conveys resultativity and causal relationships. A special role is played by the models "process → result" and "condition → consequence," which form moral causality and refine our understanding of the interaction between grammatical categories and the cultural attitudes of the language.
