The review reflects the way to create a vaccine, its importance in preventing the development of tuberculosis infection in a child, the prevalence of this method of preventing the disease, especially severe forms of tuberculosis in the world, the weaknesses of the vaccine preparation, possible complications caused by the introduction of a live vaccine, the prospects for creating a more advanced vaccine against tuberculosis.
