The article describes a case involving a patient with a complicated course of generalized internal organ tuberculosis at the Samarkand Regional Ftiziatrics and Pulmonology Center. Data from the analysis of the processing of primary documentation and a review of relevant literature are presented. The uncharacteristic clinical manifestation with a chronic course of the disease, the low level of vigilance of narrow specialists and general practitioners, served as a reason for the untimely diagnosis and disability of the patient, with the inability of the young organism to reproduce naturally. In our case, generalized tuberculosis manifested as focal lesions of the lower lobe of the left lung and tuberculous lesions of the abdominal organs in the form of tuberculosis of the genital organs, visceral and parietal peritoneum, complicated by peritonitis and adhesions. FGenital tuberculosis in women is a chronic disease with mild symptoms. Often, the main cause of infertility in patients is a specific lesion of the endometrium and fallopian tubes. Comprehensive treatment using antibacterial drugs yielded good results, with reversible development of specific abdominal organ inflammation and independent closure of the ileostomy. In all manifestations of non-pulmonary tuberculosis, it is necessary to conduct a radiological examination of the lungs to detect lung damage.
