This article analyzes the development of national legislation on the protection of children from violence in close connection with the role and effectiveness of prosecutorial oversight. Based on current regulatory legal documents and official statistical data, the existing shortcomings and problems in the field are identified, and proposals aimed at improving prosecutorial oversight in this regard are put forward.
