This article examines the radical transformation and reorganization of agricultural labor resources in the Khorezm region during the Second World War. Based on archival documents and statistical data, it analyzes the selfless labor of women and youth under severe conditions, who replaced men drafted to the front, and their crucial role in maintaining production processes in cotton growing and other sectors.
