This article provides a theoretical and legal analysis of the concept and legal characteristics of proceedings in cases of administrative offenses in the field of road traffic. The author’s definitions of the concepts of “proceedings in cases of administrative offenses” and “proceedings in cases of administrative offenses in the field of road traffic” have been developed.
