This study examines the impact of green human resource management onorganizational sustainability and improving the effectiveness of green workplaces in companies ororganizations focused on environmental sustainability and resource efficiency, oftenincorporating traditional HR functions such as recruitment, training, and performancemanagement, adapted to promote environmentally friendly work practices. Companies use theconcept of green human resource management to recruit environmentally conscious employees,train them in environmentally friendly work practices, and implement performance metrics thatreward environmental contributions, ultimately reducing company operating costs
