In the context of global environmental challenges and the need for sustainabledevelopment, green investments are becoming an important tool for modernizing and enhancingthe competitiveness of public companies. This article analyzes the impact of green investments onpublic companies' operations, including access to affordable financing through green bonds,improving corporate image, reducing operational and regulatory risks, and stimulating innovativedevelopment. The study draws on modern theoretical approaches and empirical data to assesshow the integration of environmentally friendly technologies and ESG principles contributes toimproved financial performance and sustainability. The results demonstrate that the use of greeninvestments can be a strategic advantage for public companies in the face of stricterenvironmental standards and rising investor expectations.
