Annotatsiya

The article examines the impact of ESG factors (environmental, social, andgovernance) on the investment decision-making process. It analyzes the global experience ofintegrating sustainability principles into corporate strategies and financial markets, as well as thedevelopment trends of ESG investing in emerging economies. Special attention is given to theprospects of ESG implementation in Kazakhstan, its influence on companies’ attractiveness forinvestors, and long-term economic resilience.
