The article analyzes the essence of the digital economy, the problems ofexperience, international experience and methods of attracting investments in the practice ofUzbekistan. The article studies the digital infrastructure, computing, digital transformation, taxand customs regimes, innovation ecosystem, management tools for startups and macroeconomicimpact indicators. The problems of investments in the computer economy by 2030, businessmanagement of small and medium-sized enterprises, and guidelines for computer science arehighlighted.
