The article analyzes the significance of modern digital technologies in developingmanagement competencies of leadership personnel. The effectiveness of digital educationalplatforms, artificial intelligence, virtual simulations, and mobile applications in enhancingleadership qualifications is demonstrated. Research results prove that digital tools yield higheroutcomes compared to traditional training methods.
