This article analyzes the deposit policy of commercial banks and its impact onfinancial stability and liquidity management from a theoretical and practical perspective. Bankdeposits are considered the main factor influencing the long-term stability and liquidity risks ofthe banking system. Evidence-based proposals are developed to improve the efficiency of depositcollection, minimize liquidity risks, and maintain interest rate policy flexibility in response tomacroeconomic changes.
