This article examines the experience of using artificial intelligence (AI)technologies in small businesses in developed countries and the possibilities of adapting thesepractices to Uzbekistan. The study highlights five models based on the experiences of Singapore,Canada, Germany, Israel, and India — institutional, financial, industrial, startup-driven, andaffordable technology approaches. It also systematizes the main challenges of introducing AI intoUzbekistan’s small businesses, including technical infrastructure, lack of skilled personnel,financial constraints, and adaptation to local needs. The findings suggest that gradual localizationof international practices and the development of an AI ecosystem through cooperation betweenthe state, the IT sector, and businesses are crucial for enhancing the competitiveness of smallenterprises.
