This article analyzes the activities of enterprises in the context of the digitaleconomy and the issues of cost management within them. The study highlights ways to increasecompetitiveness by adapting enterprises to market demands, optimizing costs, and reducingproduction expenses. It also examines the factors influencing production costs, strategies for theirminimization, and effective management mechanisms based on international experience. Thearticle develops scientific-theoretical foundations and practical recommendations for achievingefficiency in national enterprises by reducing costs.
