Annotatsiya

The article examines one of the most pressing problems of our time, such asidentifying ways to increase the motivation of employees at the enterprise, developing employees,taking into account their professional and qualification profile, identifying their general andadditional needs, directing employees to achieve a specific goal, and also suggests ways to improvemethods of satisfaction with labor motivation. It should be noted that at the current stage ofeconomic development, the problem of planning, material incentives, and development ofemployees working in enterprises and organizations, along with ensuring the personal interestsof employees, plays a special role in the country's economy.
