This article analyzes the application of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies insmall businesses, their types, functions, and practical capabilities. Within the framework of the“Uzbekistan – 2030” strategy, the integration of small business entities with modern digitaltechnologies is considered a key objective. The article highlights the potential for increasingcompetitiveness, reducing costs, and developing customer-oriented services through the effectiveimplementation of technologies such as machine learning, natural language processing (NLP),computer vision, expert systems, and generative AI. Based on the analysis of foreign literature,examples of practical AI applications are also provided.
