The purpose of the study is to analyze the process of restructuring the employmentsystem in the Republic of Uzbekistan and assess the effectiveness of ongoing institutional reforms.New institutional mechanisms have been created: a digital platform "Mehnat.uz ", regionalvocational retraining centers, a system of public-private partnership in the field of employment.The reform of the employment system in Uzbekistan demonstrates positive dynamics, but requiresfurther improvement of professional training mechanisms and the development of digitalinfrastructure to achieve sustainable development goals.
