Higher education has a special significance in continuing education as it combines teaching and scientific research processes. The development of social life throughout history imposes various conditions on education according to the requirements of the age. In this article, we try to explain that basic condition of scientific research based on university models and classical pedagogical paradigms is educational paradigms. Our analysis and results prove that directing students to scientific research activity is a basic condition of educational paradigms.
