Assessment of preoperative clinical and biochemical blood analysis, acid-base balance, and coagulogram parameters in neonates born with esophageal atresia, as well as determination of the baseline homogeneity of the compared groups. The analyses obtained in the preoperative period, in turn, provide informative data for determining the risk levels of anesthesiological support during the intraoperative and postoperative periods, as well as for ensuring an individualized approach in providing anesthesia/analgesia and for clearly and reliably defining the measures aimed at carrying out prophylactic and anesthesiological intensive treatment procedures throughout the pre- and postoperative periods.
