This study examines the biological maturation characteristics of girls actively engaged in various sports. The research focuses on identifying the impact of physical activity on the processes of puberty and reproductive health. The paper analyzes data on menstrual function, physical development, and hormonal background of the athletes. Special attention is given to the differences in biological maturation depending on the type of sport and the intensity of training. The results of the study can be useful for coaches, doctors, and parents who strive to ensure the harmonious development of female athletes.
