Symptoms of diarrhea, often occurring in children during teething, create difficulties for differential diagnosis and can lead to erroneous hospitalization in infectious hospitals with a diagnosis of "escherichiosis". This paper presents an analysis of clinical cases aimed at studying the characteristics of this phenomenon and developing recommendations for health workers and parents.
