The article examines population characteristics of blood pressure among adolescents and young adults, using pupils and students from Andijan State Medical Institute as an example. The research aims to identify factors influencing blood pressure levels in this age group and to determine the prevalence of arterial hypertension. Methods included daily blood pressure monitoring and questionnaires to gather data on participants’ physical activity, diet, and heredity. The study's results reveal a significant influence of lifestyle and genetic factors on blood pressure levels among adolescents and young adults. These findings can be used to develop preventive measures and recommendations to reduce the risk of arterial hypertension in this population.
