It was found that arterial hypertension is one of the main causes of the development complications such as myocardial infarction, stroke, and heart failure, resulting in disability and mortality. It has been established that this is often found in elderly people who have various concomitant diseases and high susceptibility to various kinds of risk factors. It was revealed, elderly people with arterial hypertension have combinations with pathologies and metabolic disorders. In this article, we evaluated the effects of combinations of pharmacological drugs that differed from each other in pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic characteristics.
