Relevance. Central serous chorioretinopathy (CSCR) is a macular disease characterized by decreased central vision and a potential transition to the chronic form. Purpose of the study. To evaluate the effectiveness of subthreshold micro-pulse laser treatment (SMILT) using the Navilas 577s system in acute CSCR. Material and methods. 10 patients (6 men, 4 women, mean age 40.8 years) were included. Treatment was performed with individually selected parameters. Assessment included visual acuity, foveal thickness, and microperimetry. Results and conclusion. After 1 month, functional and morphological parameters improved: mean visual acuity increased to 0.96, foveal thickness decreased to 236 μm, and most patients showed complete resolution of detachment. At 3 months, all patients achieved visual acuity of 1.0. Conclusion. SMILT with Navilas 577s demonstrated high efficacy and safety in the treatment of acute CSC.Key words: Central serous chorioretinopathy, micropulse laser treatment, Navilas 577s.
