This scientific article is aimed at analyzing the role and significance of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the rule-making process, which brings undoubted benefits to each state in ensuring law and order and the implementation of guarantees and rights of citizens and organizations. With the help of this body, the mechanism and apparatus of the state work smoothly, since the Ministry of Justice has always performed the function of a state body coordinating the activities of other departments and ministries. But the normative activity of the Ministry of Justice does not end there, and the precise definition of the role of this body in the implementation of rulemaking is currently an insufficiently studied topic in jurisprudence, despite the rich practical experience of the Ministry of Justice.
