Annotatsiya

This study is devoted to the synthesis and comprehensive study of nanostructured photocatalytic materials based on lanthanum-modified zinc oxide prepared by sol-gel and sol-gel auto ignition (SGAI) methods. It was found that the introduction of lanthanum ions into the ZnO crystal lattice reduces electron-hole recombination and increases the concentration of oxygen vacancies, which improves the structural, optical and photocatalytic properties of the resulting material by enhancing the absorption of visible light. The synthesized photocatalysts were characterized by their phase composition, crystal structure and morphology using modern physicochemical methods, including X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRS).
