This article analyzes the clinical features of nephrotic syndrome in children, the factors influencing its development, and the ways to improve preventive measures, using the Fergana region as an example. The role of regional climatic conditions, the prevalence of infectious diseases, dietary habits, and socio-hygienic factors in the development of the disease was studied. According to the study results, the comprehensive implementation of preventive measures helps to alleviate the course of nephrotic syndrome in children and reduce the frequency of its relapses.
